Behind C&C
Meet Caitlin Hill,
C&C’s Founder & Creative Director.
mother. wife. aesthete. entrepreneur.
In every facet of life, details matter. Caitlin’s eye is perpetually drawn to beauty, while her mind and soul crave deep meaningful experiences. As a consumer, she is drawn to brands that move her through sensory journeys. She connects on a deeper level with those that construct their identity through details. A well-crafted experience bears fruit to intrigue and trust...and ultimately, recurring revenue. In today’s world, details matter more than ever.
Caitlin is founded in the belief that even the most minute characteristic can help shape a narrative, and can be incredibly powerful - or detrimental - to any brand. In a world where technology conquers, the art of communication, curation and connection must not be neglected.
While a great deal of her early career has been focused on the operational facets of a business - from working at a Private Equity firm to leading a team at a San Francisco-based technology company - her implicit passion lies in bridging the gap between the operational and creative. Behind the scenes, C&C Consulting (“C&C”) is often considered a "secret weapon" to many of its client partners.
Caitlin holds a B.A. from St. Mary's College of Maryland and a M.B.A. from Babson College's F.W. Olin School of Business. Her studies have helped shape me to think about the world and business in an abstract manner.
Often, early-stage to mid-stage companies can overlook the small details that ultimately develop their brand identity, or simply lack the time to curate and manage them. C&C aims to not only drive brand strategy and growth, but implement and manage the phases of execution.
Caitlin especially loves working with interior designers and architects as she has a passion for the world of design, the connection to the home, and love of entertaining.
Currently, Caitlin resides between Rhode Island and Vermont with her husband, son and Chocolate Lab. When she’s not in the office, you can find her hiking in the Green Mountains, on Narragansett Bay, or, and in the rarest of moments, reading The World of Interiors with a glass of rosé not too far away.
Caitlin is a member of the Design Leadership Network, Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, and other community organizations.
